The Next Oscar Blandi?? I Think Not!!

About a month ago our sweet Adelaide had herself a scissor party!! Is this a right of passage that all little girls must go through? I don't know but I've stopped asking why. These pictures really don't do it justice. This was a serious hack job! It actually brought tears to my eyes. But hey it grows back right?!

Oh Wendy! I know it's horribly painful when they do this to themselves for the mommy. I've lived through two different nieces doing this. I promise, you'll laugh about this when you look back, and you'll be so glad you took pictures.

Oh, I'm sorry! Most of my friends that have girls have done the same thing...I remember Matt even cut Melissa's hair when they were very young- in a closet! My mom was not happy!

My oldest tried cutting his bangs once- he did okay...but it was too short- but he's a boy...so it was doable...

I love how you said that, right of passage. my oldest never did, but my middle one did a horrendous job. She had curls that went down to her bottom and gave herself a hair cut to match the Beatles in 1967 LOL

my word verification is UNMEP lol
like unkept...

She looks quite pleased with herself in that first photo! Good things she's still adorable.

Hahahahah! I'm so sorry, Wendy! It IS painful to the mom...best you can do is get her a pixie haircut and keep her dressed in pink and Princess clothes! It's actually a LOT better than when she will be a teenager and GET a bad haircut.....then SHE will cry for DAYS!
