Where's the picture?!! So, are we talking inside out sweatpants (lots of people do that) or jeans (as in, I didn't even notice when I buttoned them inside out)?
Yeah, my question is, were they stretchy pants? If so, then no problemo. If they were jeans.... we might need a little intervention.
I've done this with my underwear sooo many times... a hazard of being nearly blind without glasses on.
I wouldn't be surprised if you have started a new trend. I'm sure you looked cute, even with a tag sticking out!

At least you were fully dressed. I went a whole day without a bra in Spain. I didn't even notice until I got home and was getting ready for bed and reached around to unhook the bra . . . and there was no bra.
